I purchased a Simmons World Class pillow top mattress 12/08 at Rooms to Go. The mattress sunk in very badly on both sides within 6 months. I weigh 210 lbs. and my wife weighs 120 lbs. I called Rooms to Go and they sent a tech. It was out of specs and they replaced the mattress. Six months later, I had the same problem. Called and this time after checking it, they said it was not out of specs. Six months later when it was checked it was sunken 2.5 inches.
