Be careful! The contract you sign to allow this company to manage your home has some statements that will get you in trouble. For instance we paid $250 up front to list our property with them. After we received no traffic for a month on a 2 yr old home with competitive pricing we wanted to get out of our contract. We were obligated by contract to pay 3 months of their fees to be released. Where is the glitch???? There is nothing that requires them to work to rent your home. Actually if they do nothing they still get $250 plus 3 months of fee... read full review »
