I have called this company several times to cancel my account. I explained to the person that I never received a information packet or membership number. I was told on both occasions the account would be canceled. The account has not been canceled and when I try to call them, the phone number now belongs to a carpet cleaning business. I contacted my credit card company but they were no help. They are still taking my money out for a service I no longer want and could not use if I had too. read full review »
