I was booked an appointment with Sara. She was really rude on the phone and was talking to someone else while she was on the phone with me. I find that very unprofessional and I felt like she didn't care about the customer. I booked a deep tissue massage with trigger point. She said she had me booked for a deep tissue with trigger point. I go in for my massage the next day, I was told that I didn't have an appointment. They called the Uptown and Casa Linda locations and they didn't have an appointment for me either.
