I wanted to purchase a 2010 Ford Focus. Instead I was taken to a 2008 Focus. When I was signing the paperwork I was told it was a 2008 Focus. I let that go. I pointed out that the car had a long scratch on it and found out the CD player does not eject CD's. I was told they would replace it when I moved to MI. When I arrived in MI the CD player had NOT been ordered and sent to Village Ford as expected. I went to Village Ford to have the CD player installed. The manager HAD NEVER ORDERED the CD player.
