It appears that I am one of hundreds that fell for the Diet Max Scam. I order a "free" sample on 10/08/10 and was to pay $.1.49 for the shipping & handling. I called to cancel the " membership", but my card was still charged $87.13 pn 10/15/10, $74.26 & $2.95 today 11/08/10. I have another charge on 10/27/10 for $9.76 from "Profitvault" and Googled this company and found that DietMax was actually using this name to charge.
