In January '09, they charged my account for $69.95, using their name. This month they charged my account using another company! The same amount again. I didn't catch it in January, but did in February. When I try to call, this badly recorded message says your time is important to us, you can press 1 to leave a message then plays some cheap music. Pressing 1 does not work. Staying on hold only gets you disconnected. I filed a police report today, then went to my bank to file a fraud report.
