I am unable to transfer ebooks because I cannot get an authorization code, whicch consists of my email address and password. These have been approved by adobe already but I still get system failure. Adobe's forums are hundreds of pages and when I try to narrow down the area of concern, I get that I have asked too many times and/or system error. I especially like the size of the reader and the fact that it is preloaded with 100 books, but if you can't access to transfer books what's the use? Kindle here I come! read full review »
