Ordered Water heater due to good reviews on Amazon store front. First sign of trouble when no tracking info was provided. This heater was to replace a leaking one so timely delivery was important. Hard to get someone to answer the phone during business hours - the recording says "one call in queue" and no one answers. Once I got "two calls in queue" and then someone answered, did not give any delivery info and did not call the next day as promised. The item did not arrive over a week after promised delivery.
