This bank is the worst. They changed my APR rate from 10.24 to 19.99 without contacting me. When I realized it had changed I called them and the refused to change it. They said the change was due to me having a high revolving balance with them. Okay, this is true, but think about this. A customer has a high balance, does it make sense to jack up their rates so it's harder for them to pay down this balance. Hmm...I would say no!
