Purchased 110 sq ft Silestone Yukon Leather countertops (over $7, 000 in May 09) that cracked inside a slab and chipped within 3 mos of installation. ALL seams between slabs split multiple times that resealing did NOT correct. (Blue painters tape remains on my counters still, over ONE YEAR later.) Additionally and concurrently, little black spots appeared within the Silestone material and continue to enlarge, likely the result of impropoer curing, as the spots cannot be surface removed.
