Within a few hours of an online purchase and before they processed the transaction, I requested a cancellation of the model that I ordered and instead wanted another pistol model. I was told that they had to charge me an additional restocking fee (10%) on the first firearm before they would sell me the model that I wanted, even though they admitted that they had not processed the first request.
