Yes, it is a scam! They post adds on Craigslist in the rental section claiming this particular property is available and very good rates. They claim the rate for actually purchasing the house. They claim that they make arrangements to purchase the property at that rate. I was mislead by these scammers also. I asked "If I don't find a property will I receive a refund?"
