PTS AUDIO in Toledo Ohio are thieves, I send my Tascam porta Studio Digital recorder to them to be fixed by a Bernie Greenberg and I was told it would take 2 weeks to fix the pushed in stop button on my unit. 4 MONTHS later and They still haven't fixed it and they claim that they can't get the part from Tascam to fix it and the part is sold out.
