Last week I received a noticed from GC Services for a ticket violation. I had never received a single noticed before, so it seemed very strange to me. When I called, the person I spoke to was very rude and condescending. She told me my ticket violation happened in 2007 and followed that by a number of threats letting me know what could happen if I didn't pay them.
