I bought an Emerson plasma tv in February of this year and within a couple of months of having the tv my remote decided not to work. There is no way to get in touch with the company. Their manual simply says to go back to the store in which you made your purchase. I bought it at Wal-Mart and did not get the extended warranty. They won't help me.
