Dell is a rip off company they steal, i have never seen anything like this wont answer their phones they transfer calls to each other.will not take their products back, they kept me on the phone for hours this is a game they play hoping you will give up.they will transfer you from one place to the other then put you on hold several times while they are talk to their manager and then their manager get on the line and put you on hold hoping you will go away.then i ask for their manager and you guess it i stay on hold again.a brand new netbook... read full review »
