My Chocolate phone broke in the middle of my contract. In order not to extend my contract I purchased a CHEAP no frills phone to complete the contract. It has been replaced 2x. I do not receive 90% of my calls. If my callers do not leave a voice mail, I would never know they called. Reception is terrible. Texts have to be sent atleast 4x before they are sent.
