I just received my replacement from Asurion yesterday and activated the phone last night. I attempted to use to camera today and it didn't work and locked up the phone several times. We called Asurion, what a friendly rep btw (NOT!), jumped through their tech hoops, turn off the phone, take the battery out, hold down the power button with the battery out for 15 secs, etc, etc...the end result they sent a piece of crap.
