I have made purchases from the iTunes store using my credit card. The amount of the purchase was collected from my bank account at the time of the purchase for the season pass. The season episodes which were purchased were not made avaliable for download. Several hours were spent attempting to resolve the issue on line with no results. After finally making contact by phone I was sent back to the dead end website. In other words, I made a purchase from iTunes, they took the money, didn't deliver the product and then refused to do anything about it. Keep up the good work Apple. read full review »
