Lied to us and told us we could not install hardwood due to slanted floors. Cancelled evening before AM whole house recarpeting so we had to unpack and repack. Seams throughout house visible and puckering. Living room carpet two distinct colors (two dye lots?!). Two months later and refuse to rebate us money! Ridiculous, unscrupulous. read full review »
