need to get a refund for charges that were not disclosed to me when I signed up. I was told there would be a charge of $2.97 and then there was more than that. I would not pay any more to access grant info. when I can go to libraries and get it for free. I agreed to the $2.97 but nothing more was to be charged. I need to have the charges reversed and i have canceled and will never again use this site for help. I twas on my bank card and there is a freeze on my card and it took me in negative because I have things pending iout there. read full review »
