I had an account with Citifinancial and Santander Consumer took over the account. The service was horrible and one lady was nice in the beginning and i decided to tell the manager how good her service was...Well to my dismay she seem to careless about the compliment and hung up the phone. I was blown away. I had to make several calls to them and all i got was horrible service. I was beside my self and decided to 'REFINANCE' with a local credit union.
