This is the most frustrating company to deal with - the telephone customer service is polite but ineffectual, any emails sent receive an automated response but no actual reply.Even tried sending direct to their managing director quoting their own guarantee which he puts his name to - still no response. Only received half of order which was paid for back in May and nothing which I have been advised would be done, has happened.
