Never in my life have I been spoken to by a "Customer Service" Representative. Party Pop has absolutely no Customer Service standards whatsoever! Even their manager was extremely rude and have not a care in the world for their clients valid complaints. Their harassing sales methods are despicable. It consists of asking you what your current methods of advertising are, then scolding you and attempting to make you feel inferior, thus bullied into purchasing ad space from them.
