I was charged $14.99 to download 6 months of ringtones. Unable to download. Unsuccessful for 1 month in trying to get a refund. Was sent emails that someone would contact me in 2-5 business days. I received 20 of these emails. No one ever contacted me. I finally called the bank phone # on my bank statement, and got a refund from CLK Bank. It took about 5 business days. HOORAY!!! Don't give up. These people should be locked up. I bet most people are not successful in getting their money back, and just give up. read full review »
