I recently found out that the sales/installer (same guy) had served time in the federal penitentiary for a scam he had done. I called corporate & asked if they hire people who have served time in a federal prison, they said no. I advised them that they currently have some one who has done time at the federal prison & they can find the information easily on public record, online.
