Following a lengthy telephone call, I was informed that i would be able to cancel my membership within the first 30 day period. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact these people! There is no place to cancel this on their website (as I was informed). There is no answer on the telephone (I was informed that I would be able to call). And e-mails to SmartShopper have been unsuccessful (unable to send them)... As a hard working, honest consumer, I am frustrated and concerned that I have been 'taken' by this outrageous scam. read full review »
