I have never seen such poor customer service. I was browsing the site for a child's toy, which I considered buying. Without my even entering my email on the site, it somehow sent me an email claiming that I had registered for their site, which I never did, and said something very confusing leading me to believe that they had charged my PayPal account for an item.
