I have had a terrible time with Toyota Financial Services. After days and days of phone calls they offerred me £58.70 off the bill that I owed and was in dispute. It was offered as a Good Will gesture and to apologise for the service I had received. Now it is straightforward so far. However it took me 1 week to get this taken off my account.
