Agreed to initial on-line fee of $2.97 for on-line svc. Received bank stmt with that charge and nominal separate ATM charge of $0.09. However, have also been charged a supplemental fee of $57.61, and $1.73, respectively. I checked fine-print of agreement and failed to find any supplemental charges to be made unless initiating some further transaction. I do not feel this should have been charged, nor would I have engaged, as I am on very fixed income. Please, I need your assistance to resolve this matter. read full review »
