What a joke!! I used Hotwire to book a room in Calgary for "up to 50% off" and Hotwire got me such a LOUSY deal...they saved my $2.00!!! Wow, I could have just gone to the hotel's website myself. I called Hotwire's "customer" service (that's a joke) and they explained that they only guarantee the "lowest daily rate". Right, you saved me $2.00 Hotwire. Nothing can be done.
