I have had my cell phone from Straight Talk a little over 6 months and they have changed my # 6 times. They take my payments out of my checking account but then a few days later they shut my phone off and change my #. You are not allowed to talk to anyone in charge. They can't tell you why this is happeneing. I asked for a refund and I was told they didn't do that. The only customer service is on the phone with people who speak very little english. read full review »
