I took advantage of the "free trial period" for $3.87 and immediately cancelled on August 31st. Was charged $40.27 on 9/9 and $1.50 on 9/10 without receiving any product. Called to complain and they assured me that my card would be refunded. Then again on 10/1 I was charged for $88.17 and $2.97 but this time I did receive the product. Same deal as before: called to complain and was yet again assured my money would be refunded.
