I bought a brand new Sapphire 835 Husqvarna Sewing Machine on Oct o5, 2009 for $1, 398. Six months after using this machine, the stiches kept tangling at the back and I will have to rethread everytime. The needle would break, too. I found out much later that the main cause was the thread comes out of the thread take up lever. In August of 2010, I took my machine to the dealer for repair.
