I attempted to build a website. I thought the site was pretty good, however, there was absolutely no customer support. No phone number no nothing. I googled "wix.com phone number customer support", but the only thing that came up was numerous other people who were unsatisfied with their lack of technical support. I was forced to email them and got a response back directing me to their FAQ section. Well, I read that and it didn't resolve my problem. Otherwise, I most likely wouldn't be calling.
