I bring to your notice my extreme dissatisfaction with your customer service helpline (41131877). A very rude Ms. Sangeetha, whom I talked to(called from 08043505286), around 10:30 am today, was not only treating me with utter disdain but also unaware of the online banking facilities provided by your bank. Moreover she repeatedly used "..it is your responsibility..." and "...you should have checked..." kind of language which I certainly dont expect from a "customer service helpline".
