Sears is the worst store in the world to deal with. Years ago I swore I would never shop there again because of the horrible service received from repair for a dryer. But recently I ordered boots in the store - they took the funds from my account the next day and a week later cancelled the order because there is system issue. A month later - 8 phones AND a visit to the store and I still have not been refunded. Every time I talk to someone I get a different story. They are awful. read full review »
