This lending company is ruthless. We were having some financial troubles a while back and tried to get help from them. In return we got treated terribly. In a nut shell - My husbands hours were reduced and we started to fall behind on our bills. We turned to Bank of America for help. We tried to get a home modification loan and that was awful.
