I am so flustered on how retared the Kirby company is being. We came accross an ad for a free carpet cleaning and with having 2 dogs, a cat, 2 small children and a soldier for a husband we really could use the free carpet cleaning. So we set up an appointment for them to come out and clean the carpets for later that week.
