I have purchased a deal for Lavender Medical Beauty Spa before to receive a massage. As I came in 10 minutes early before my scheduled time, the receptionist was busy with a different client; however, she did not acknowledge me waiting and did not greet me. After 15 minutes I was checked in and introduced to a massage therapist.
