I rented a Budget truck and had all kinds of problems- was rented a trailer with rusty, unsafe rims that blew a tire as I was leaving town. Roadside assistance was terrible, took 3 hours to get a tire changed in the middle of Seattle! Returned the trailer the next day because the surge brakes weren't working and was credited the rental charge and given an extra day.
