I had several issues with this company. Avoid using them. I ordered a Rowenda iron model DG5030 on September 19, 2010. At their web site under the item they had the enclosure that this item most likely is available for next day shipping. After the order was complete I received the confirmation saying that the shipment will be available after September 27th of 2010.
