I am appalled at this company's refusal to address repairs to my home (built in 2007), including the badly spalling concrete on my back patio and the shabby ("upgraded") carpeting that is fraying at every single seam, coming up in a corner of my living room, and pulling away from the tile in all three areas involved (because, according to his representative, he couldn't pursue the carpet installer due to the fact that the company he used has gone out of business (big surprise -- NOT)!
