Swipe Auction tricked me into providing my credit info before being registered to participate in bidding. Once I complied, they charged $159.00 to my account without even getting the opportunity to participate in any bidding. When I asked for refunded they agreed without anticipation of any possible problem. Then, when the refund didn't come after the 28-day deadline, I called them and suddenly this is the bullcrap they came up with.
