I ordered a product from this site Northwestglass. After my credit card was charged, I awaited my product. After a few days Northwestglass cancelled my transaction. I called them and they told me I have to re-order it because address did not match. I was told by Greg that I will not be charged. After a week, I noticed another charge on my credit card. After contacting Gregonce again at Northwestglass, I was told that I have to deal with it on my own.
