I ordered some items on 10/22/10, and charged them to my Paypal account. Two days later I received an email informing me that my order had been fulfilled and provided a USPS tracking #. Now, 15 days later, I still have not received my order. I have emailed Spiral Haircase several times inquiring as to when I could expect the items I purchased and have received no response.
