I Have been a loyal customer to chase for two years. I Have brought almost a hundred customers to chase. On november 9th 2011 I was trying to purchase groceries and my card was declined . I Had more than enough money in my account. I Came home called customer service and was told I was a risk my card was closed and my account would be as well. The next morning I went into a branch and was told my account was not closed I explained that I had an automatic payment coming out of the account that day. I Left enough money to cover the payment .
