i fell prey to their free trial period and was charged 4.95 for shipping and handeling but i never recieved the product i tried calling but after waiting for 30 min on the phone i finally gave up. i tried to send them a email but need an order number which they never gave me. now my credit card is being billed for a product i never recieved. i had to call my credit card company and tell them not to authorize any future charges. read full review »
