Ordered two chairs, end table, and bench, custom covered, in November 2008. Told 6 weeks turn around maybe 8. The chairs and end table came in but not the bench. Told one week, it was in California; next week it was on the East Coast, next week Minneapolis, MN--a traveling bench that never arrived after 4 MONTHS wait. Store will NOT refund deposit, won't do a thing other than "take the bench or not".
